Complete Fuel Quality Control – Connects 4-Layer System
Fuel quality should not be left to chance. “Connect” uses a multi-layered quality control system at every stage, from import to delivery to the customer, ensuring stability, reliability, and vehicle safety.
Learn how quality is managed chain-wise at each critical stage:
Control at Import – From the Tanker
- Fuel samples are taken from the tanker and sent to an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory. Key parameters are verified here:
- Octane and cetane values
- Sulfur content
- Evaporation characteristics
- Biocomponents and others
Up to Retail Tanks – Monitoring Temperature and Technical Parameters
- During fuel transfer, after each batch, the following are checked:
- Temperature
- Water sensor readings
- Filtration system change logs
This process prevents water or other contaminants from entering the retail tank.
On-Site Rapid Stationary Testing
Rapid tests are continuously conducted at gas stations using portable devices:
- RON/Cetane – Optical spectrometer
- Sulfur – XS-Sulfur analyzer
This helps identify problems directly on-site, at a location accessible to the customer.
- Customer Feedback – Through an Intelligent Platform
Every receipt has a QR code, allowing customers to upload:
- Audio or video evidence from the engine
- Observations or suspicions about fuel quality
Chain Safety at the Service of the Customer
Connect’s approach is preventive and transparent – fuel quality is not checked just once but monitored at every step.
